GREEN – We are proud of our Courtyard as an example of construction that has been built primarily from recycled and historic materials assembled to create an inviting atmosphere. There is on-site parking for approximately ninety cars.
The original barn built in 1863 overlooks the Courtyard, and along with the goldmine and other history in the Cellar, stand as reminders of times past.
The Cellar is a one of a kind historic venue containing the entrance to an 1800’s goldmine and the still original bar, which Mark Twain is rumored to have sat at and written about. The Powder Room, contains the cave that stored the blasting powder for the old mine, and can be reserved for private events up to 25.
The Hall is a comfortable setting for a presentation, class, theatre event or any social gathering. This spacious indoor room holds 150 people for standing mixers, up to 60 for seated dinners and up to 100 theatre style seats for classes or other events. The room is spanned on one side by a carpeted raised platform/stage and has a spacious balcony.
The Hall offers a complete presentation system including a 70″ Plasma Screen High Definition T.V. with high-speed Internet access and the necessary audio visual equipment for facilitating most any event and presentation style.
